I'd like to add time-level handling when recovering from checkpoints once more. It is still possible to produce checkpoints that cannot be recovered from. In this particular case it was a unigrid run where some thorns requested 3 timelevels for variables but prolongation_order_time is 1. Also it seems that prolongation order 0 cannot be used at all with MoL (since MoL requires 2 timelevels but prolongation_order_time only provides a single level).
