I should have explained this in the header: the marker ##A was there to enable an easy way to jump (by a simple search) to the section starting with A. "## A" is only a bit longer, but I would suggest to go back to "##A". It makes a difference especially when adding a lot of references, like it likely going to happen in the short-term future.
