CCE: Lucas's feedback was applied last night. Test cases are in progress. Uses postprocessing step. Put in small PR for the flesh to use binaries in the exe directory. Simfactory needs to copy those, another PR. Will generate raw metric data (instead of Bondi news, which is tetrad dependent).
