There seem to be (possible unrelated) issues with other svn repositories at LSU right now, so this may not be restricted to just those three repositories.

The Jenkins update script is also failing with

Can't create session: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'https://svn.cct.lsu.edu/repos/numrel/LSUThorns/CPUID': Error running context: Connection timed out at /usr/share/perl5/Git/SVN.pm line 143.

It works fine from my laptop, but not from Nebula at NCSA, for some reason.
