Hello,

Sorry about that, my mac just changed the formatting of the output. It was somewhat odd.

I've redirected stderr and stdout to separate files and have attached them here.

Also attached local config file I'm using.

It might be helpful if you could capture the entire output in a text file and attach it, rather than sending a screenshot. Thanks.

Hello, Using PGI 18.4 and intel mpi provided by PSXE 2018. I'm using the newest version of ET at the moment, and when compiling I'm reaching the current errors. I'm not too familiar with the errors I'm getting for piranha, nor am I understanding whats calling the intlc library. I've linked directly to the containing folder inside of my config file and am thinking it's not the library I assumed it was (provided by intel).

Could someone please review and let me know if you're familiar with any of these? Thank you.

Hello Chris,

I think this has been taken over to the Cactus user's list and (essentially) solved there.

Yours, Roland

Hello,

Has anyone had the opportunity to review this?

I'm not quite sure where the pghpf2 library is being called up, and whatever it is, it's not available with the community edition of PGI. It seems to be something that's getting called when the flesh compiles, but I'm not sure of much else.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
