If some kind soul wants to help out filling in the blank, then they are welcome to download stdout of all the runs I re-ran from
http://www.tapir.caltech.edu/~rhaas/ET/stdout.tar.gz
and one would have to extract the runtime (from the start and stop times in the file), number of cores used (from Carpet's output) as well as the memory consumption (also from Carpet's Total memory required output).
