#166: Add option to remove a submit script from a configuration

Since a submit script is optional for a configuration, there needs to be
an option to remove a submit script from a configuration. Either
--submitscript= (no script given) or --no-submitscript would be good ways
to do this.
I just checked, and --submitscript= does nothing -- this is not good; it
should probably lead to an error.

#167: "cleanup" should only clean up active restarts

The current CleanupRestarts seems to loop over all restarts of each
simulation, and try to clean up each of them. However, each simulation can
have only one active restart at a time, and only this restart should be
cleaned up.

stderr of simfactory's verbose subprocesses, such as "make", should be
redirected to stdout. In this way, output to stderr occurs only if there
is an actual problem in the execution of SimFactory.

#119: Have multiple dprints

If there are multiple versions of dprint specifying the intent ("I am
going to abort with an error", "this is a severe problem", "warning", "log
message"), then one could probably omit the second argument that specifies
whether to print the error always. This would be a higher level interface
and could make it easier to use.
dabort
derror
dwarn
dlog
Internally, these would just call dprint, depending on the verbosity level
and environment settings. For example, dabort would always print, and
dwarn would not print if it happens during a non-essential operation. dlog
would only print if the verbosity is high.

"sim sync kraken" and "sim login kraken" both as for the TG passphrase,
but "sim --remote kraken ..." does not; instead, the command aborts with
an error

#170: "environcmd" option is ignored for "execute"

"sim execute" needs to take the mdb entry "environcmd" into account. All
simfactory commands need to do that. This should happen globally when
simfactory starts up, not by all simfactory commands individually.
The "sshsetup" mdb entry should then be removed, because it offers the
same functionality.
"environcmd" should probably be renamed "envsetup".

#150: TwoPunctures: output individual ADM masses even when tuning

Can we output the individual puncture ADM mass post-solve in TwoPunctures?
At present (Chandrasekhar stable release), they're only quoted if we're
tuning the mass through iterative solves (which, I suppose, is what most
people do).
This requires only a handful of extra lines. I'm attaching an "svn diff"
of my local version, which has this enabled.
