Maybe I should have meant that, but I didn't. Maybe I implicitly meant "install svn version 1.7 or above, then do the following."
Thanks for the pointer. I believe that "svn relocate" didn't exist on older versions of svn, so that one has to use "svn switch --relocate" there.
