The online system allows users to save the application in a draft mode. So you can start filling the online application, then save it as a draft, and then continue on another day.
You will need to submit, via the online system, also 12 refereed publications that will be evaluated by the selection committee. You should upload the pdf versions published by the journal.
When filling the online application, please note that your CV will be evaluated in the following way (each candidate will get a certain number of points and this is how the ranking will be done):
a) Research doctorate or equivalent obtained in Italy or abroad; (up to 5 points)
b) any teaching activity at university level in Italy or abroad; (up to 5 points)
c) documented training or research activity at qualified Italian or foreign institutes; (up to 7 points)
d) organization, management and coordination of national and international research groups, or participation in themselves; (up to 4 points)
e) speaker at national and international congresses and conferences; (up to 6 points)
f) national and international awards and recognitions for research activities; (up to 1 point)
Once the application is completed, you will be requested to download the pdf of the application that is generated by the system, sign it, and upload it back into the system.
Unfortunately the system will also ask for the online payment of 25.82 EUR for completing the submission. I'm really sorry about all this bureaucracy, but these are considered public employee positions.
Reference letters are not required.
