I am trying to use an MPI build on my laptop, but I'm getting an error during configuration.
checking for crypt in library crypt... yes checking for finite... yes checking for isnan... yes checking for isinf... yes checking for mkstemp... yes checking for va_copy... yes Configuring with MPI MPI selected, but no known MPI method - what is "/usr/lib64/mpich2" ?
In my configuration (through SimFactory) I have this: MPI = CUSTOM MPI_INC_DIRS = /usr/include/mpich2-x86_64 MPI_LIB_DIRS = /usr/lib64/mpich2/lib MPI_LIBS = mpich opa pthread rt
