I am looking for a postdoctoral researcher working in the area of computational astrophysics.
The main focus of the planned research is on gamma ray bursts central engines, and their outflows, including chemical enrichment of the interstellar plasma by these explosions and heavy element radioactivities. The post-doc will also collaborate with other team members on the development of the GR MHD numerical tools and large scale jet modeling.
The position will be for 3 years. The starting date is negotiable but could be as early as October 2020.
