ET release: * most tests pass on all machines, exceptions are GRHydro's weno and slow_sector tests. Roland will look into them (since he put them into the repo). For the WENO test, check if this is a roundoff change near the shock which is amplified.

* Frank will ask Peter if willing to look into failing Exact tests and try is setting Exact's epsilon to 0.01 (or so) fixes the issues (needs regeneration of all test data)
