I think it's awkward to hunt through all the thorns and arrangements and try to figure out what I've changed. Does anyone else feel similarly? Is this worth a ticket on GetComponents?
There is GetComponents --diff which will call the equivalent of svn diff (or git diff or ...) in each checked out component.
That is what I often use to verify that my checkout is "clean".
