Hi all, when I trying to type make in Lorene/Codes/Bin_star, I got the following error:
/lustre/home/acct-phyyzd/phyyzd-jjj/Lorene/Lib/liblorenef77_g.a(gr2p3s.o): In function `gr2p3s_': /lustre/home/acct-phyyzd/phyyzd-jjj/Lorene/F77/Source/Poisson2d/gr2p3s.f:642: undefined reference to `extm2s_' /lustre/home/acct-phyyzd/phyyzd-jjj/Lorene/F77/Source/Poisson2d/gr2p3s.f:643: undefined reference to `extm2s_' /lustre/home/acct-phyyzd/phyyzd-jjj/Lorene/F77/Source/Poisson2d/gr2p3s.f:653: undefined reference to `extm2s_' /lustre/home/acct-phyyzd/phyyzd-jjj/Lorene/F77/Source/Poisson2d/gr2p3s.f:654: undefined reference to `extm2s_' /lustre/home/acct-phyyzd/phyyzd-jjj/Lorene/F77/Source/Poisson2d/gr2p3s.f:752: undefined reference to `extm2s_' /lustre/home/acct-phyyzd/phyyzd-jjj/Lorene/Lib/liblorenef77_g.a(gr2p3s.o):/lustre/home/acct-phyyzd/phyyzd-jjj/Lorene/F77/Source/Poisson2d/gr2p3s.f:753: more undefined references to `extm2s_' follow collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
I wonder why it happens and how to fix it. Specifically, I load these modules: module purge module load intel module load gcc/8.3.0 module load fftw/3.3.8-gcc-8.3.0 module load pgplot/5.2.2-gcc-4.8.5 module load netlib-lapack/3.8.0-gcc-8.3.0 module load gsl/2.5-gcc-8.3.0
Does anyone has met these kinds of problems before? I'm looking forward to your help! Yours sincerely, Jimmy
