I would like to check out the documentation and example thorns in the default Einstein Toolkit thorn list. Since these are not proper thorns, their CHECKOUT statements must be commented out so that Cactus does not try to build these thorns. This leads to a clumsy syntax -- but we can correct this later.
Are there other pseudo-thorns that I am missing?
