We should include it if there are people using it, or interested in using it. This would probably mean that someone describes the algorithm in more detail, and shows some results of errors and convergence for a few examples (single black hole, neutron star, maybe comparing to what TwoPunctures say for initial conditions).

According to its README file, the thorn was written by Frank Loeffler and is GPL. It has been contributed to by Frank, Luca and Erik. It has a test suite but no documentation.
Should we aim to include this thorn in the next release? Is the functionality to compute the ADM mass available elsewhere in the ET?
