COMPILING /home/nr/mewbing/Cactus/configs/mag.test/bindings/build/EOS_IdealFluid Hi,
I have enountered the error below on my machine with Intel 10.1 and stable ET (LoveLace). I've been using my optionlist without any problems with a not-so-long-ago development version of ET. Do you have any hints for this error? I attached my machine configuration.
Thanks for your help in advance,
Hee Il

This points to a problem with the compiler. With not more information given it is hard to say that the problem actually is, but usually you have either hit a bug or some internal limit of that compiler.
Since your compiler version is already quite old I suggest to try a newer version of the Intel compiler. Version 11 seems to be widely used at the moment, and version 12 is released now.

Thanks Frank,
Yes, it's a quite old compiler but I've been using it since I haven't any problems except for some new OpenMP clause in the not-so-long-ago development version of ET. Anyway, this was the first time to encounter "GRHydro_CylindricalExplosionM.F90", whose name doesn't look like a basic routine for GRHydro. Could you tell me more about the routine? I'll check the error with higher version of compilers.

It is setting up initial data (thus, GRHydro_InitData) for a cylindrical, magnetized shock. Unless you need exactly that you could try to comment out the function bodies. The whole file is only 170 lines long, so that should not take long.

This looks like an error in cc1, which is part of gcc. The reference to a file ".F90.d" indicates that this is about determining dependencies, which is done by cpp, also part of gcc. I am surprised to see that cpp calls cc1 -- this should probably not be the case. It may be that your options are confused; for example, the option "-traditional" may be missing from FPPFLAGS. Can you open a ticket on trac.einsteintoolkit.org, and give us the full information?

This might be obvious to you, but does this happen on a clean compile? Ie after -realclean or at least -cleandeps?
Yours, Roland
Thanks all,
I made a mistake in Lorene setup. The Lovelace goes well with my machine.
